Warranty coverage follows the service: paver materials and workmanship have lifetime coverage; artificial turf has 15 years; irrigation, lighting and drainage each have 2 years; plants have up to 1 year. A project combining a paver patio, artificial lawn and garden beds therefore includes different coverage periods for those parts. Outdoor kitchen projects involve separate trades for gas and electrical work. We have a licensed plumber do the gas and a licensed electrician do the electrical (110 and 220).
For pavers and wall systems, our brands are Belgard, Techo-Bloc, Calstone and Basalite. Irrigation brands include Rain Bird and Hunter, with Rachio and Hunter Hydrawise smart controllers. Our lighting brands are Volt, FX Luminaire and Kichler; for artificial turf, we install SYNLawn and Purchase Green.
